Now you can drive down the highway knowing you have the very best radar detector with front/rear detection in the windshield to protect your driving! The Valentine 1 radar detector detects X, K, Ka Superwide, Dual Band POP3 and police laser. Different modes of operation can be selected for highway driving. Operation is for North, South, Central America, New Zealand, Australia and Asia, except Taiwan.

The Valentine One Radar Detector was tested by Speed Measurement Labs and found to be one of the best radar detectors in the world. It excels due to it's ability to detect weak radar signals coming from a blind radar trap on the other side of a hill or around blind curves. The Valentine One includes a red display with directional arrows, indicating the direction of radar threat, and includes front, rear and side alerts. A Valentine One Euro Radar Detector is also available for European and Asian drivers.

The Blinder M45 is combined with the Valentine One to give you the front and rear laser protection you need. This laser blocker will prevent any laser gun from acquiring your vehicle speed, until you wish this to ocurr.

If the PRS4-V Euro is ordered, the V1 Remote is replaced with a V1 Remote Euro.

Performance

The PRS4-V Prowler Remote system is the best integrated front and rear radar detection and laser jamming system available today.

The Valentine One Radar Detector can detect the Ka radar band, the most used radar band today, at 10 miles when installed at the correct exterior location on the vehicle. The Valentine Radar's sensitivity is superb for detecting weak signals from hidden "over-the-hill" and "around-the-curve" radar traps. Average radar detectors can not provide this level of sensitivity. The Valentine 1 radar detector is also excellent at filtering out false noise alerts.

Radar Detection - The Valentine1 was road tested at Speed Measurement Labs and on several 1000 mile trips. The objective was to determine how well the Valentine 1 radar detector detects radar when mounted in the windshield. During our road testing of the Valentine 1, we logged a typical 10 mile distance detection of Ka radar; some of the best detection sensitivity.

False alerts were minimized by turning off X band radar detection, but we discovered that some police are resorting back to X band radar, knowing that many drivers turn X band off. We suggest that you drive with X band on, just in case.

The Valentine 1 radar detector is the only radar detector to offer Dual Band K and Ka POP3 alerts. We noted some POP3 alerts in our road tests, a very fast, (67millisecond) burst radar pulse. This type of signal leaves very little time for detection, but the Valentine 1 does it very well with few false alerts. We recommend POP3 to be turned on and Highway X to be turned off. This permits fewer false noise alerts and allows the superb detection sensitivity to be used for your protection.

Laser Detection and Jamming - We tested the Blinder M45 Laser Jammer at Speed Measurement Labs for distance of jam, jam to gun performance, punch through, etc. Please review the test results to get details of this superb Blinder protection.
