The SCD-2 Photo Radar Eliminator will prevent photographs of yourlicense plates (front and rear) in USA, Canada, AU and UK. You can defeat photo radar and prevent traffic cameras and mobile speed cameras from getting a picture of your license plate. The SCD-2 provides two modes of operation: Photoblocker and License Plate Lights. The Photoblocker will detect and prevent images of your license plates by speed cameras and red light cameras. Alternatively, you can switch to license plate lights only in those areas that do not allow photo protection. The SCD-2 also includes the APC Power Grid, which lets you plug in the SCD-2, optional Blinder laser jammer, optional windshield radar detector or an optional custom installed, radar detector. All radar, laser and photo is controlled by one power switch with Active Power Mode (laser defense, photo radar defense, radar detector) or SAFE power mode with license plate lights only and laser park assist.

The SCD-2 photo blocker, two photo radar blockers for front and rear (12"x6") license plates, will detect when a photo radar van and traffic camera tries to take a picture of your license plates. It alerts and electronically prevent the picture of your front and rear license plates. The SCD-2 Eliminator is easily bolted to your front AND back license plates and connected to the APCI power control module in the vehicle.
The SCD-2 Photo Radar Eliminator includes a new and powerful APC, AUTO POWER CONTROL (patent pending), power hub at no additional cost to provide a powerful ON/OFF power feature for your radar detector and laser jammer, as well as the SCD-2 Photo Radar. When you encounter a speed trap, you can calmly switch all your radar, laser and photo products from ACTIVE power to SAFE power mode with only one power control switch for all your radar, laser and photo products.
The SCD-2 Photo Radar Eliminator is designed to detect the white flash or infrared invisible flash from a speed camera, red light camera (intersection camera) or mobile photo speed van. It prevents images of your front and back license plates. The photo blocker instantly alerts you and protects your license plate with an extremely short duration, electronic light down across your license plate. The white light will prevent a camera from getting your License plate images for that period of time the camera takes a picture of your license plates. The SCD-2 detects and prevents your license plates, whether it comes from a speed camera, mobile speed van or red light, traffic camera.
Two Modes of Operation are provided. ACTIVE MODE II prevents any image attempt of your front and rear license plates. SAFE MODE I turns only the License Plate Lights only. It is discreet and fast. The Auto Power Control lets you instantly switch back and forth from ACTIVE mode to SAFE mode at the flick of a switch.
Let’s say you drove through a speed camera trap, the camera attempted to image your license plate, the SCD-2 Photo Radar Eliminator prevented the image. In most cases they say nothing, and you keep on driving. But if the policeman is curious why he did not get his photograph, and ask the driver why they did not get your license plate image; you would have switched your SCD-2 from “Speed Camera Protection” (Mode II) to “License Plate Light Only” (Mode I). The switch is a simple 3 way thumb switch with Mode I, Mode II and Off power positions. In Mode I, a discretionary License Plate Light mode, the police could take pictures of your license plate all day long, and get images of your license plate. The SCD-2 Eliminator simply lights the license plate in Mode I of operation. So the License Plate Lights mode simply gives you the discretionary excuse you need, when you need it. The photo blocker does not interfere with the speed camera or radar. The SCD-2 creates an electronic shield to protect your license plate from unwanted speed camera images. The SCD-2 instantly detects a camera flash and totally prevents your FRONT and REAR license plates from being photographed by a speed camera, mobile photo van or red light camera. The SCD-2 Photo Radar Eliminator also acts as a license plate light and can be instantly switched back and forth between a license plate light and photo Eliminator at the flick of a switch. Competitive products such as Flash Back, speed camera jammers interfere with photo radar and speed cameras, which may be illegal in your state. Flash Back photo jammers have great difficulty to defend against Mobile Vans with speed cameras. The reason for this is that Flash Back Jammers do not know where the camera is located, thus the light must cover a very wide angle, which reduces the effective light intensity to a point of making Flash Back jammers potentially useless.
The SCD-2 detects all forms of speed cameras and photo radar, detects all every speed camera including mobile vans, red light cameras and speed cameras; but DOES NOT INTERFERE with a radar gun or laser gun, nor does it interfere with the Speed Camera, red light camera or photo radar trap. The important capability is when in photo speed trap mode, the SCD-2 instantly shifts into license plate photograph protection when paparazzi, speed cameras and red light cameras attempt to take a picture of your license plate. The SCD-2 prevents the photograph of your license plate and alerts you by LED alert and Buzzer alert, when a camera attempts to photograph your License Plate.
A photo radar camera and speed camera trap can photograph your license plate as you drive by a photo speed trap. The photo blocker alerts you and prevents the digital camera image of your license plates. In addition it acts as a superior license plate light accessory. Using a 3 way switch, it is simple to change modes to Speed Camera Defense, License Plate Light and Power Off.
