The SCD-1 Photo Radar Eliminator will prevent photographs of onelicense plate in USA, Canada, AU and UK. You can defeat photo radar and prevent traffic cameras and mobile speed cameras from getting a picture of your license plate. The SCD-1 provides two modes of operation: Photoblocker and License Plate Lights. The Photoblocker will detect and prevent images of your license plate by speed cameras and red light cameras.
