The SCD-4 Photo Radar Eliminator will prevent photographs of your European and Arabian License plates, 520mm x 133mm. You can defeat photo radar and prevent traffic cameras and mobile speed cameras from getting a picture of your WIDE LICENSE PLATE. The SCD-4 provides on e photo module one wide plate.
Two modes of operation: Photoblocker and License Plate Lights. The Photoblocker will detect and prevent images of your license plate by speed cameras and red light cameras. Alternatively, you can switch to license plate lights only in those areas that do not allow photo protection. The SCD-4 also includes the APC Power Grid, which lets you plug in the SCD-4 andoptional windshield radar detector or an optional custom installed, radar detector. All radar, laser and photo is controlled by one power switch with Active Power Mode (laser defense, photo radar defense, radar detector) or SAFE power mode with license plate lights only and laser park assist.
The SCD-4 detects when a speed camera is taking a picture of your license plate, and electronically PREVENTS THE LICENSE PLATE IMAGE. But you can switch it to License Plate Lights Only, when you need to.It is not a silly, ineffective spray, nor is it a license plate cover, which police write tickets for.
The photo blocker called the SCD-4 provides one photo radar module on a 520mm wide Euro and middle East license plate. The SCD-4 Photo Radar Eliminator detects a speed camera, red light camera and photo radar vans to provide alerts and electronically prevent the photograph of one wide license plate. The SCD-4 photo blocker is easily attached to your license plate and plugged into the APC, Auto Power Control for alerts and power control.
The SCD-4 Eliminator includes a new and powerful AUTO POWER CONTROL, a power hub, at no additional cost. It connects your radar detector to one, dual Mode (ACTIVE and SAFE) power switch, and connects the SCD-4-20 to the same power switch. Do you have a radar detector and laser detector installed in your vehicle? Perhaps a photo radar detector too! Radar Detector power button on the windshield. A laser detector power switch down on the center console; perhaps a photo radar power switch somewhere else. Power cables around the vehicle. When you come into a speed trap, your emotions usually do not allow a calm response, but demand a frantic search for two or three POWER OFF buttons. Now, the APC, Auto Power Control Interface organizes all those power cables to a single APC power control module. The APC permits POWER to be swithed on/off to all radar, laser andphoto products with ONE MASTER POWER CONTROL switch. The SCD-4 photo blocker is designed to detect the white flash or infrared invisible flash from a speed camera, red light camera (intersection camera) or mobile photo speed van. It prevents images of a wide license plate. The photo blocker instantly alerts you and protects your license plate with an extremely short duration, electronic light, flashed down across your license plate. The SCD-4 Eliminator detects and protects your EUROPEAN and Mid Eastern license plate, whether it comes from a speed camera, mobile speed van or red light, traffic camera.
The speed camera jammer also has a second mode of driver operation, called License Plate Lights. License Plate lights are required or permitted in most countries. Let’s say you drove through a speed camera trap, the camera attempted to image your license plate, the SCD-4 prevented the image. In most cases they say nothing, and you keep on driving. But if the policeman is curious why he did not get his photograph, and asks you why they did not get your license plate image; you would have switched your SCD-4 Eliminator from ACTIVE Power Mode II to SAFE Power MODE I, which is “License Plate Lights Only”. The switch is a simple 3 way thumb switch with Mode I, Mode II and Off positions. In Mode I, the License Plate Light mode, the police could take pictures of your license plate all day long, and get images of your license plate. The SCD-3 simply provides night lights on the license plate in Mode I of operation. Power Mode I, a SAFE mode of operation, gives you the discretionary mode of operation you may want, when you need it.
Competitive products such as Flash Back speed cameraphoto blockers interfere withspeed cameras. Flash Back photo jammers have great difficulty to defend against Mobile photo radar vans. The reason for this is that Flash Back photo blockers have to flash a very wide area behind the vehicle. This reducesthelight intensity of a flash back photo blocker. This Flash Back weakness makes Flash Back photoblockers useless. SCD-4 provides a tremendous advantage over flash back photoblockers.
The SCD-4 Photo Radar Eliminator detects all forms of speed cameras and photo radar, detects all speed cameras including mobile speed vans, red light cameras and speed cameras; but DOES NOT INTERFERE with a radar gun or laser gun used in the speeed camera, mobile speed van, red light camera or photo radar trap.
It is simple to install, totally legal, as it supports the requirement to light your license plate, and does not interfere with radar or laser, nor does it block the license plate from view. The SCD-4 does not interfere with the radar speed trap or speed camera trap. When the Speed Camera Detector warns you of the attempt to photograph your license plate, the SCD-4 simply prevents the image of your license plate, while not interfering with the radar gun or speed camera.

So many cameras are now being installed in the name of safety, when the real interest is collecting taxes from the driving public using an automated camera. This photo radar detector is designed to detect when a speed camera is taking a picture of your license plate, and prevents the image of your license plate, with out interfering with the radar speed trap or photo radar trap.
The SCD-4 Eliminator is used in Europe, Asia and Mid East. It provides an audio alert and warning LED to alert the driver when there was an attempt to photo your plate. It is an attempt, but not possible to photograph your license plate in Speed Camera Detect mode.
