User Friendliness
The Bel-STi-Driver radar detector has an excellent display and provides all the data in a brilliant Red Matrix LED display. The STi radar detector uses a simple two button feature selection to turn on/off desired features and all the features are discussed in the Beltronics STi Driver manual. Power on/off is a pushbutton on the front left of the unit. Easy on, easy off. Mute is front center and a sensitivity button push button is on the far right to control the level of sensitivity. The STi Driver is the very best radar detector for X, K, Ka, POP3 Ka and unquestionable RDD invisibility to Spectre II, spectre III rdd, spectre IV rdd, Stalcar RDD. Very nice looking, well made and very easy to use.

Performance
- The Bel STi Driver is one of the top radar detectors and can detect a Ka radar signal on flat terrain at 12 miles, and can detect hidden, over-the-hill radar traps, and those scoundrels hiding around the curve. It is equally good on K and X band, as well as POP3. Average radar detectors can not provide this level of performance. The Beltronics STi radar detector is also very good at filtering out false noise alerts. Laser - The Beltronics STi Driver radar detector can detect laser, but for superior protection against police laser guns, you may want to add the M25 Laser Jammer or M45 laser jammer in the grille, where the police aim laser guns.
