We tested the Cobra 9960G at Speed Measurement Labs in June of 2009 and was I surprised to find a Cobra radar detector testing so well. The Cobra XRS-9960G proved to be the best that Cobra has ever produced. Cobra has never been in our top 10 radar detectors, but this year they jumped up to a top radar detector by combining speed trap radar detection with speed camera detector alerts and electronic invisibility radar detector detectors.
