Canadian Jam Session 2000 - New field evaluation of active and passive radar and laser countermeasures, i.e. jammers, conducted in June of 2000 in Alberta, Canada.  Phantom RCD radar jammer is compared to passive scramblers by Speed Measurement Labs.

Many new jammers have entered the market since the original Jammers Wars was conducted in 1997 and Speed Measurement Laboratories (SML) was contacted by a Canadian firm to see which ones worked and which ones didn't.

Jammers included K-40 Laser Diffuser Plus, Laser Blinder M-10, Zenkei AJ 950, Mirage 2011, Rocky Mountain Radar Black Widow, Rocky Mountain Radar Phantom, Rocky Mountain Phazer and active RCD (Radar jamming Device). New digital K and Ka band radar guns used in addition to Kustom Signals Pro Laser III and Stalker LZ-1 laser gun. MPH K-15 X band also targeted vehicles.

Field evaluation conducted in cooperation with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. All countermeasures exposed to "instant on" , "constant on" and targeting from two miles. Laser targeting with aiming point at front license plate and headlight at 1,000 feet/200 meters. Each device given multiple runs at radar and laser guns up to thirty (30) attempts.

Tiger Lily Products recommends this VCR to understand radar jammer performance.
