Most remote radar modules are installed down in the front grille for invisibility. But when installing a remote radar down in the grille, the radar detector is lowered too close to the road surface, significantly reducing radar detection sensitivity, increasing false alerts. It also costs more money to install a radar module in the grille. So, why should you install down in the grille for more cost and less radar detection sensitivity; when you can hide the radar module on the passenger visor!
