3) Blinder USA will pay approved laser tickets in all 50 US States;
4) If ticket is less than 25MPH over speed limit, Blinder USA will reimburse laser speeding fine only;
5) Blinder USA does not cover attorney fees, court fees, travel fees or driving school;
6) Blinder laser jammer can prevent a speeding ticket but is not responsible for points on your driving record;
7) Blinder USA will pay laser tickets for 1 year from date of purchase, unless a 3 year Ticket Rebate is purchased.
