Take a look at this beauty! From rags to riches. Some vehicles are just graceful. But it took a lot of work to bring it back into shape.
The Car was purchased in 1972 for $11,500.00 which at that time could buy a three bedroom house!. It's been a one family owner car since. I had the car In storage for 5 years after no one in the family wanted it after my Grandfather died. It was a crying shame to see the car slowly rusting Away so I decided to send it to Beachams Jaguar www.beacham-jaguar.co.nz , who are world renowned restorers of Jaguar cars. It's hard to believe today but new from the factory from the Daimler Luxury division, this car had no radio and only a heater.
The restoration process has seen the car fitted With Air Conditioning, Electric Windows, Central Locking, modern Halogen Headlights, inertia seat belts and other modern fixtures. GR
