Unauthorized Beltronics Reseller List Purchase of Beltronics products from any unauthorized reseller may exclude you from Beltronics warranty, service or support. You should be aware that certain unauthorized resellers have been charged with criminal misconduct. You should protect your product purchase by purchasing from authorized resellers. Unauthorized resellers may show a pattern of complaints if you check with the Better Business Bureau. You may also find other complaints online about some unauthorized resellers. Pictures taken of some unauthorized reseller locations have shown shuttered warehouses, mailbox stores, or apartment buildings. Warranty Exclusions Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the following conditions: - Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non-authorized dealer or internet auction site including eBay, uBid, or other non-authorized resellers.
- The serial number has been removed or modified.
- Your product has been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse and/or improper installation).
- Your product has been modified in any way.
- You are not the original purchaser of the radar detector from an authorized dealer or did not receive it as a gift from the original purchaser of the radar detector from an authorized dealer.
Purchasing any Beltronics product from any company on the unauthorized resellers below will subject you to unauthorized reseller risks. We update this list of unauthorized Beltronics sellers from quarter to quarter. Is It Worth It? BUYER BEWARE! Please be aware of the following risks if you purchase Beltronics products from an unauthorized reseller: - Possible exclusion of Beltronics warranty due to:
- Purchase of stolen merchandise
- Inability to validate the original purchase date and ownership with the original sales receipt AND the transfer of ownership with any subsequent bill of sale
- Item shipped to you may be counterfeit, forged, or refurbished goods
- Item may ship with serial numbers removed or modified
- Item may appear new but contain internal water damage or damage from improper use
- Item may never ship - contact with the seller may be difficult or impossible
- Price may be inflated, incorrect, or changed after you place your order
- Inferior product may be substituted for the advertised Beltronics product
