A lot of customers have bought the Bel STi-R for its maximum performance, future radar capabilities, 100% RDD invisibility and compact design. We saw a lot of people paying big bucks to have it installed, and figured there has to be a less expensive way to hide a radar detector. SO WE CAME UP WITH THIS RADAR DETECTOR VISOR HOLDER DESIGNED FOR THE BEL STI-R. Why pay an installer big bucks when you can get the satisfaction of installing the Beltronics STi-R radar detector yourself.

1) hide the detector on the right (passenger) visor;

2) run the radar detector power cord from the visor along the top windshield trim, down the right side of the windshield, down the right side of dash and under the dash to the interface module;

3) Locate the speaker in the cockpit and run the audio connector under the dash to the STi-R interface module;

4) Run the red leads (12 Vdc power lead) of the interface module and speaker to the 12 Vdc ignition fuse box on left side of dash;

5) Connect the two grounds to any metal contact - your done and you saved yourself lots of $Moolah.
