What are passive radar scramblers?

Radar scramblers, or passive scramblers are not jammers, but the largest manufacturer of passive scramblers, Rocky Mountain Radar, refers to their products as “jammers. Passive scramblers do not transmit a jamming signal, thus by technical design, it can not be called a jammer, since a jammer is a transmitting device.

A passive scrambler is designed with a radar reflector technology, not a transmitter technology. If your passive scrambler and an identical product, that Speed Measurement Labs will purchase paid for by RadarJammerTechnology.com, can jam the X, K, Ka radar guns and laser guns (if tested passive scrambler claims jamming laser) used by Speed Measurement Labs from a maximum distance of ½ mile from the radar guns to within 100 feet of the radar guns, and a maximum distance of 1000 feet from the laser guns to within 100 feet of the laser guns.

On the other hand, you or your company agree in writing before the start of the test to participate in the test; and agree, if your passive scrambler product fails any of the tests conducted by Speed Measurement Labs; then your company or you as a customer agrees to the following!

You or your company will pay all travel expenses to the test site and back to the business offices of RadarJammerTechnology.com and Speed Measurement Labs; You or your company will pay 2 days labor to RadarJammerTechnology.com and pay the test fee that Speed Measurement Labs charges to conduct the test on your passive scrambler(s); You or your company agree to have the test results placed on the RadarJammerTechnology.com web site for customer review!
