Who is the Better Business Bureau?
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is an independent organization that keeps track of businesses that provide good service to customers. Companies that have a good business reputation will work directly with the BBB, knowing that if customer problems occur, the business needs to resolve as soon as possible, because the BBB is watching. Our WEB site company is Tiger Lily Products and our parent company is Applied Physics, Inc.

The BBB also keeps a listing of companies who do not provide good service to their customers. Companies with a bad service/customer support reputation would not join the Better business Bureau, since the BBB keeps a running list of customer complaints for any person to review. Thus, a customer can quickly identify which company is good to do business with. Many companies will put glowing reports on the WEB sites, but sometimes you will check on the company via the BBB and find a poor customer service.
